Welcome circle- what are some goals you have for this session?

Skill Intro – Deadlift – Hips to a box

Warm up- Switch

– players line up at oppsite end of the gym, when coach yells switch athletes must switch moving while doing skill asked by the coach.


Deadlift- With barbell (angry gorilla back)

3 sets of 3 as a group making sure hips touch box each time

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

3 deadlifts hips to box

6 box jump/step over

6 sit ups
