SPARTANS YOUTH PROGRAM
(AGES 5-13 YEARS)
Our Spartans Youth Program is CrossFit for our aspiring CrossFitters, youth ages 5-13 years old. Our program will ignite them to push harder, go longer and drive for greater results. Coach Leah is known for her one on one coaching with the kids and helps instil confidence in obtaining new personal bests as they grow in CrossFit. We focus on strength and endurance training for young athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Using a 360˚ approach, athletes will take their sport performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, mental preparation and team building. This program includes speed, agility, strength building, olympic lifting, gymnastics and mobility. Our Spartans Youth program runs in 6 week blocks.
Classes are held on Tuesday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am for 60 minutes. We have a 1x weekly option (Tuesdays only) and a 2x weekly option (Tuesdays and Saturdays).

BIRTHDAY PARTIES
Make your next Birthday Party a CrossFit Belleville Birthday Party! Kids love to run, jump, lift, and climb and CrossFit Belleville allows them to do ALL of this in a safe and structured way under the direct supervision of their coaches. They will have fun and get a little sweaty doing so!

Requirements & Policies
Minimum age for our birthday parties is at least 5 years of age. Maximum number of kids is 10. If exceeded, cost is $5 per child. We’ll supply a refrigerator and table. The rest is up to you so have at it! Bring decorations, the cake, refreshments, utensils, napkins, etc. Clean up is our job so you can get on your way. No refunds.
SPARTANS SUMMER CAMP 2026
Join us for an action-packed summer at CrossFit Belleville’s Spartans Summer Camp, running 9:00am–4:00pm. Our camp is designed to keep kids active, engaged, and having fun while learning healthy habits in a safe and supportive environment.
Each day includes a mix of outdoor play, CrossFit-style workouts, creative activities, and downtime to ensure a balanced and enjoyable experience for all ages. Campers will start their day with outdoor games and movement-based play, followed by structured workouts that focus on age-appropriate fitness, coordination, and teamwork.
Kids will also take part in hands-on learning activities, including fun and simple food preparation where they explore healthy snacks and basic kitchen safety. After lunch and a midday break to relax and recharge, campers will enjoy creative group activities such as arts and crafts, team challenges, trivia games, and talent show preparation.
Afternoons include additional movement and fitness challenges, snack time, and a calmer wind-down period with journaling, drawing, reflection, and group games before wrapping up the day and preparing for pickup.
This camp is perfect for kids who love to move, create, and make new friends — all while building confidence, teamwork, and healthy habits.
