LITTLE SPARTANS (AGES 6-8 YEARS)
Our Little Spartan’s program is CrossFit for our younger ones ages 6-8 years old. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, Little Spartan’s provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. We use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of body weight movements, weight lifting, gymnastics, running, pushing, pulling, jumping, rowing, and more. We customize workouts that focus on developing key muscles groups to help natural growth in your children, while paring all aspects of fitness with fun. Our FOCUS is on mechanics (form), consistency, and intensity, in that order, which guarantees desired fitness results. Our GOAL, is to make fitness fun.Our Spartans program runs in 6 week blocks.
For the Little Spartans (age 5-8 years) classes are held on Saturdays at 9am. This class is split in half with the younger kids with one coach and the older kids in the Youth program (see below) with another coach.

SPARTANS YOUTH PROGRAM (AGES 9-13 YEARS)
Our Spartans Youth Program is CrossFit for our older kids ages 9-13 years old. Our program will ignite them to push harder, go longer and drive for greater results. Coach Leah is known for her one on one coaching with the kids and helps instil confidence in obtaining new personal bests as they grow in CrossFit. In this age group, we focus more on strength and endurance training for young athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Using a 360˚ approach, athletes will take their sport performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, mental preparation and team building. This program includes speed, agility, strength building, olympic lifting, gymnastics and mobility.Our Spartans Youth program runs in 6 week blocks.
For this age group classes are held on Tuesday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am for 60 minutes. We have a 1x weekly option (Tuesdays only) and a 2x weekly option (Tuesdays and Saturdays).

2021 SUMMER CAMP
Summer is coming and we’re excited to announce our Spartans Summer Camp is coming back July 5-9, 2021!
Details & Pricing
5-9 years old: 9am-12pm. A camp to keep kids active! Little Spartans participate in obstacle courses, active games, relay races and fun physical challenges. Camp also includes a camp hat, creative crafts and nutrition chats. Get ready to have fun and meet new friends!
10-13 years old: 1pm-4pm. Spartans participate in daily themed workouts, learn new skills, improve coordination, confidence and strength to help them in life and in sport. Camp also includes a camp hat. At the end of the week, participants will take part in a friendly throw down. This age group is great for conditioning and to learn new skills, whether you’re a hockey player, gymnast, dancer, or just love to run, jump and lift!

Make your next Birthday Party a CrossFit Belleville Birthday Party! Kids love to run, jump, lift, and climb and CrossFit Belleville allows them to do ALL of this in a safe and structured way under the direct supervision of their coaches. They will have fun and get a little sweaty doing so!

Requirements & Policies
Minimum age for our birthday parties is at least 5 years of age. Maximum number of kids is 10. If exceeded, cost is $5 per child. We’ll supply a refrigerator and table. The rest is up to you so have at it! Bring decorations, the cake, refreshments, utensils, napkins, etc. Clean up is our job so you can get on your way. No refunds.
