In order to facilitate a smooth transition for new members into our CrossFit Classes, we have designed what we call the ‘On-Ramp Program’. This Program allows us to get to know you, it introduces you to the movement patterns associated with CrossFit, and provides the needed attention and coaching for beginner CrossFitters, while not drawing away Coaches attention during our regular CrossFit Classes. All new members must complete the ‘On-Ramp’ Program in order to gain access to our regular CrossFit Schedule.

One of the things that makes CrossFit so unique is our community of people from literally every walk of life: stay-at-home parents, elite athletes, students, teachers, military, firefighters, you name it. Our bodies come in every size, shape and age; and yet, our workouts every day, are designed so that anyone can do them. We often hear people saying that they want to get “fit” before starting CrossFit and that they’ve seen it on YouTube videos and that’s insane or see only elite athletes performing the workouts. This is so far from the truth! “Scaling” is a word that you will hear often here at CrossFit Belleville. During each class, everyone does the same workout, but that workout will always have several scaling options. We never change a program because every one is made to scale or modify. This makes it possible for all of us – with our different body types, personal goals and levels of ability – to work alongside one another safely. We motivate one another, cheer one another on, and sometimes participate in some healthy competition. But, ultimately, every workout is yours alone.
