When I walked through the Crossfit doors 3 years ago, I felt like I had tried it all. I have belonged to a gym since my university days, I have tried endless classes, my own workouts and personal training. I was trying to work out 5-6 days a week and I was frustrated with my lack of results. I was getting older and it was so disappointing to be paying for workouts and not seeing or feeling myself become any fitter or stronger.
Then I met Kiki at Crossfit Belleville and started personal training, 3 times/wk for 45 mins each session. Crossfit has been the best thing that I have done for myself ever. I feel so proud of myself after a workout. I am able to do things at my age now that I could never do when I was younger-actually that I never thought I would ever be able to do. I am so much stronger than I have EVER been and even more importantly than that I feel great! Kiki creates workouts that are tailor made for me and what I need to work on. She is professional, patient and somehow she fosters in me new found confidence in myself and my abilities.
I am so thankful that I found the courage to walk through those doors 3 years ago. CFB has changed not only the way that I work out but as well it has transformed the way that I interpret being fit.
