For every drop complete:

10 Xband walks Right + Left

3 Squat Thrusts

It is a warm up game meant to be fun.

*Rules*

No throwing the abmats at each other.

No bodychecking.

No hitting on the arm. Your hand must make contact with your opponents abmat in order to take it down.

If you are found guilty of any of those you will be penalized with 20 burpees, regardless of intent and/or may face permanent banning from the game.

Worlds Greatest Stretch x 20s each pose.

– T2B + Static Hold

*Spend 15 Minutes working on improving T2B efficiency. Between sets of T2B drills perform a static hold of your choice

choosing between:

– Handstand Hold (wall or freestanding) or OH KB Hold x 15s.

– Ring Support or Box Support

*After each round complete a partner Farmers Carry AHAP of 100 total meters (50 each).

*Work is NOT split. One athlete completes one full round while their partner rests.

*Each athlete will complete 5 total rounds each.
