Our 6 Week “Winter Shred” program is designed with the beginner in mind; a non- barbell program.  The program is based on providing athletes of all skill levels with high intensity interval circuits with low skill/bodyweight movements. This program incorporates strength work in the form of hypertrophy work with dumbbells and/or kettlebells.
