Introduction to Sumo Deadlift High pull (SDHP)
– Angry Gorilla back drill
– with PVC pipe let’s focus on pulling to chest height
Before beginning the relay athletes will perform 3 burpees.
– athletes will move in a variety of ways to the cone and jog or run back.
– tag the next athlete in line.
Sumo Deadlift Heigh Pull
– with a light load review and practise the movement.
* some athletes may add weight and try again
