Squat – heels together, knees out

– regular, knees out

Warm-up

3 rounds of:

5 long jumps

5m bear crawl

10 lunge steps

5 donkey kicks

10 high knees

Skill

Athletes will increase weight each set if form allows

5 sets of 3 goblet squats

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

5m roving plank

10 kettlebell swings
