Month of March is Handstand Progressions

(10-15 min of work with coach working on Wall Walks, Holds, PU, Handstand Walks, etc)

Hang Power Clean (6×3)

6 x 3

Start with an empty kids/training bar (for most). Adding weight as technique allows.


20 Min Circuit Training

1 Min at each station (4 rounds)

1 Min Slam Balls

1 Min Med Ball clean

1 Min Walking Lunge

1 Min Burpee

1 Min Box Jump
