Skill Intro – Squats

Knees in, knees out (thumbs on shoulders)

Warm up

– Crossfit movement to a cone, turn to catch a ball then sprint back to the start.

– Musical Move and Freeze (freeze in the bottom of a squat).

Squats

– Long jump/ frog jump relay

– Air squat/Goblet squats (as a group)

5 sets of 5 squats with a 30 second rest in between each set.
