– in pairs, each partner will do a 50ft med ball carry before passing med ball to the partner. Continues this way for 1min.
Repeat with heavier weight
Every time med ball hits the floor. Both athletes do 5 burpees

20 plate hops
20 mountain climbers
10 burpees to bar
50ft medball run
4 sets of 5 with empty bar
3 sets of 5 add weight
2 sets of 3 add weight
1 set of 2 add weight
