CrossFit Belleville – Little Spartans
Partner Relay- (Athletes must wear their mask for warm up activities)
Partner one lines up at one end of the gym, partner 2 lines up at the other end.
When the coach says go, partner 1 runs (skill will change) to partner 2. Partner 2 runs to the other end of the gym. Change up activities.
