Skill Intro – Squat with feet together, knees in vs knees out
Warm up – Skill to a cone, turn and catch a ball thrown by the coach. Whoever doesn’t catch the ball does 3 burpees. If no one cathces the ball both teams do 3 burpees.
Weighted Squats with KB (Review proper way to pick up, hold and put down KB)
