Introducing our 6 Week Olympic Weightlifting Program with Tony Walt! This program is geared towards athletes, any age, of all experience level. It is designed to perfect technique and make you more explosive, stronger, flexible, awesome, confident and faster.
What is Olympic Weightlifting, you ask? It is two movements : the snatch and the clean & jerk. Basically, you are trying to lift the heaviest amount of weight as possible over your head, but also trying to get it over your head as quickly as you can – they are fun and they are addicting.

Tony Walt was born in 1968 and started lifting at the age of 13. He was born into Olympic Weightlifting as his father and two of his uncles were weightliftesr for many years. All three were provincial, national and international champions. Tony won his first provincial championship at 13 and never looked back. He was nationally ranked in the top 10 for most his career (cracked the top 5 many times). In 1993 he became a Certified Level 1 Coach, CrossFit Level 1 in 2010. Although, his specialty and passion is Olympic Weightlifting. Add a Canadian Masters Gold Champion to that list, Pan American Masters Champion, a husband and father of 3 great kids.
