Check out our High Intensity Conditioning class known as MOVE.  During MOVE we focus on functional movements through interval style workouts made up of lower impact exercises. MOVE mixes body weight exercises, strength training and interval work all into one high intensity workout that helps burn fat and improve cardio! We focus on learning new skills, still with an emphasis on technique and good movement, guaranteed to help you lose fat and tone up!

You’ll find within MOVE, we use lots of high intensity movements minus the heavy barbell work.  We row, use kettle bells, box jumps, run, jump rope, push ups, sit ups, wall balls, etc.  If you are looking for a quick effective workout this class is for you!  Who doesn’t have 30 minutes to spare?

We hope this helps eliminate the excuse of, ”I don’t have time,” and delivers similar conditioning results a normal hour long CrossFit class would.
