When: Saturday, November 123rd, 2019 from 9AM to 3PM (8AM Registration and briefing)

Cost: $130+HST per team

Format: Pairs (all male competition, teams of two)

Athletes in this division can do most, if not all, benchmark wods as prescribed. These athletes can perform all exercise movements to full range of motion and to movement standards. You may not be the best, but you still do most workouts as prescribed.

  • Toes to bar
  • Pull ups
  • Chest to bar pull ups

  • Muscle Ups
  • Handstand Push ups

These athletes are mostly first time competitors, have some limitations that keeps them from competing at a higher level or they just want to have fun with their friends. They have a basic understanding of all olympic lifting movements as well as most gymnastics movements. The loads, skill requirement and volume will be scaled down.
