OUR SPARTAN PROGRAMS
LITTLE SPARTANS (AGES 6-8 YEARS)
Our Little Spartan’s program is CrossFit for our younger ones ages 6-8 years old. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, Little Spartan’s provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. We use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of body weight movements, weight lifting, gymnastics, running, pushing, pulling, jumping, rowing, and more. We customize workouts that focus on developing key muscles groups to help natural growth in your children, while paring all aspects of fitness with fun. Our FOCUS is on mechanics (form), consistency, and intensity, in that order, which guarantees desired fitness results. Our GOAL, is to make fitness fun.
Our Spartans program runs in 6 week blocks. Our next block begins September 14th, 2019. For the Little Spartans (age 5-8 years) classes are held on Saturdays at 9am. This class is split in half with the younger kids with one coach and the older kids in the Youth program (see below) with another coach. Unleash the Spartan within your child and register below!
SPARTANS YOUTH PROGRAM (AGES 9-13 YEARS)
Our Spartans Youth Program is CrossFit for our older kids ages 9-13 years old. Our program will ignite them to push harder, go longer and drive for greater results. Coach Leah is known for her one on one coaching with the kids and helps instil confidence in obtaining new personal bests as they grow in CrossFit. In this age group, we focus more on strength and endurance training for young athletes and fitness enthusiasts. Using a 360˚ approach, athletes will take their sport performance to the next level through focused sessions in strength, conditioning, mental preparation and team building. This program includes speed, agility, strength building, olympic lifting, gymnastics and mobility.
Our Spartans Youth program runs in 6 week blocks. Our next block begins September 10th, 2019. For this age group classes are held on Tuesday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am for 60 minutes. We have a 1x weekly option (Tuesdays only) and a 2x weekly option (Tuesdays and Saturdays). Unleash the Spartan within your child and register below!
