LITTLE SPARTANS

Our Little Spartan’s program is CrossFit for our younger ones ages 6-13 years old. Using activities that kids naturally enjoy, Little Spartan’s provides a fitness program that is safe, fun and energetic. We use a combination of skill practice, workouts and games to build strength and conditioning in children. Our classes include elements of body weight movements, weight lifting, gymnastics, running, pushing, pulling, jumping, rowing, and more. We customize workouts that focus on developing key muscles groups to help natural growth in your children, while paring all aspects of fitness with fun. Our FOCUS is on mechanics (form), consistency, and intensity, in that order, which guarantees desired fitness results. Our GOAL, is to make fitness fun.

With workouts that are scalable, Little Spartan’s can equally benefit a child who is less active or an accomplished competitive athlete by tailoring workouts so that each participant is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.

Our program will ignite them to push harder, go longer and drive for greater results. Coach Leah is known for her one on one coaching with the kids and helps instil confidence in obtaining new personal bests as they grow in CrossFit.

Our Spartans program runs in 6 week blocks. Our next block begins May 15th. These classes are 2x weekly, however, we have included a 1x weekly option as well. Our classes run every Tuesday at 4pm and Saturdays at 9am. Unleash the Spartan within your child and register below!

 

 

SUMMER CAMP 2018

SPARTANS SUMMER CAMP ANNOUNCEMENT! JULY 9-13, 2018 OR AUGUST 13-17, 2018
5-9 years old: 9am to 12pm. A camp to keep kids active! Little Spartans participate in obstacle courses, active games, relay races and fun physical challenges. Camp also includes a camp t-shirt, creative crafts and nutrition chats. Get ready to have fun and meet new friends!
10-13 years old: 1pm to 4pm. Spartans participate in daily themed workouts, learn new skills, improve coordination, confidence and strength to help them in life and in sport. There will be speed/agility workshops, running workshops and a gymnastics workshop. At the end of the week, participants will take part in a friendly throw down. This age group is great for conditioning and to learn new skills, whether you’re a hockey player, gymnast, dancer, or just love to run, jump and lift!
