Plank in Line
– Athletes run in a zig-zag pattern once they reach the end they get down and hold a plank until the next athlete finishes and joins them.
Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds)
8 toes to bar
10 clean and jerk
Superman to Hollow hold
Hollow band pull
Steal the Bacon with a Twist
– athletes are numbered 1-however many are here
– coach will call a number and those two kids run and try to grab the object in the center and bring it back to their team on the outside. The team that does not get the object do exercises the coach calls.
