400m Run

50 Deadlift (teams choose loading)

40 Wallball (20/14)

3 Rope Climb

In teams of 3 complete relay style.

Partner 1 starts the run, partner 2 waits to be tagged to complete his/hers 400m Run and the same with partner 3.

Only once partner 1 completes their 50 Deadlifts may the 2nd partner start their 50 reps.

This continues for all the movements throughout the workout.
