Welcome Circle- What’s your favourite subject in school?

Skill Intro – Good Mornings

* Using PVC stand with back towards the wall. Aim to have your hips touch the wall as you move forward.


Shuttle Skill Run

– Athletes will run from one end of the gym to the other, and perform a new skill every time they reach the opposite end.

* hulahoop, skipping, squats, burpees, jumping jacks (repeat again running backwards)


Deadlift- with bar athlete will perform 3x3sets of deadlifts at a light weight.

* Remember the hips to the wall drill from the skill intro.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

1 kettlebell deadlift

1 burpee

shuttle run

* add one repetition to each movement after each suttle run


Skin the cat and chin up pullover on the bar
