COVID-19 SAFETY PROCEDURES


  • At this time, we will not be accepting drop ins for individuals unless residing in regions where Stay at Home Order has been lifted.

  • Sign up for your class and please do not cancel at the last minute. There will only be 10 spots per class. Remember to sign in on your phone once you are at the gym as the iPad will not be available.

  • We are allowed up to 25 people indoors currently, so please be mindful how many people are inside before you come in for class. If it’s a nice day, please stay outside on the grass to the north of the gym until you’re able to enter. Please enter ONLY through the front doors.

  • Once you are ready to come in, please wear a face covering (mask, shield, etc)and immediately change your outdoor shoes with your indoor (exclusively for the gym) shoes. There will be a “sanitizer station” right by the door when you get in. Please use it.

  • Once you have changed your shoes and sanitized your hands, make sure you are still wearing your face covering and make your way to your designated square of fitness. Once you’re in your square, you can remove your face covering to prepare for the warm up and workout. If you need to leave your square for any reason, whether it’s the bathroom or getting equipment, please wear your face covering.

  • During the WOD, stay in your square of fitness. Please consider which square you choose. For example, if it is a workout that requires bar muscle ups,pull-ups, etc, and you need to scale, please choose a square on the north side of the gym. We are adding more rig to the north side of the gym, however, this will take time.

  • When taking or putting away equipment please be aware of social distancing.You may need to wait your turn to allow more space around athletes.

  • At the end of the class, recover and then sanitize everything you have used with a cleaning cloth and sanitizer which is provided. *We do ask that you bring your own cleaning rag if possible. This is an attempt to limit cross contamination.*

  • Please make your way out in an orderly fashion. There may be another class, personal training sessions or On Ramp sessions waiting to start. We love chatting but please make sure you do so outdoors so we can adhere to the maximum number of people in the building at one time. When exiting, please use the side door ONLY. Use caution as there is the odd vehicle that will come up the side of the building.

  • Washrooms. They can be used but again, please adhere to social distancing guidelines. Face coverings must be worn inside the change rooms and washrooms.

  • And of course.. if you feel sick, coughing or have any unusual symptoms please don’t come! Please click here to review the daily screening tool before you come to class.
