Background: Dedicated to Matias Nakken of Moa CrossFit @moacrossfit (Ålesund, Norway). “Matias died too young at 24 years old from a hematologic disease that caused a brain hemorrhage.” His CrossFit gym created this memorial WOD for him which has since been adopted by other gyms throughout Scandinavia – and now around the world. The rep scheme is for his birth date, 7/25/1994, and the date he died, 12/28/2018.
