*in groups of 2 or three (you MUST have a spotter when you lift)

*increasing weight only as technique allows

3 or 4 rounds (depending on remaining time): 1 minute of work per station

1. Skipping/Double Unders

2. T2B/Knee Raises

3. KB Swings

4. DB Reverse Lunges

1. Bike (if needed)

2. Knee raises on box?

3. KB SDHP

4. Reverse Lunges (no weight)
